Highly breathable sarking membrane
Roofing membranes are used as preliminary covering layers under coverings of pitched roofs.
They prevent rain and snow from being blown into the thermal insulation and the roof structure from underneath . They shield against condensation arising under the primary coverings. Furthermore, because of their high vapour permeability, they maintain the whole roof in a dry state, which is a key factor for lowering energy consumption in buildings.
